Postage & Delivery.

 


We are a small bike shop and therefore all of our orders are hand picked and then shipped using Royal Mail or FedEx

We try our best to get parts and accessories  shipped within 24 hours. For bikes orders  shipment will be within 24/48 hours


Our bikes are fully assembled and PDI checked by our mechanic before being boxed and shipped.

 

Some assembly will be required when you receive your bike. For any help please do not hesitate in calling us

.

Returns.
Please inform us if you would like to return your purchase, the best way for this is via email.
After receiving your item you have 14 days to inform us that you would like to return it. You will then have another 14 days to return the item to us. 

 

For all returns,  the item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can asses the issue and rectify it. 

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund.

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).

After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.

Non-returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products or products that have been specially ordered. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that refunds do not include the shipping cost.
